Yes patience. Don’t pay attention to the fact that since Synder took over Washington the Giants have been to 3 Super Bowls and won 2 of them. Nope, just continue to be patient. Muahahaha
_______
What does that even mean? Every time a division rival wins a Super Bowl, the other three teams should self destruct and fire everybody? Did you read one word of the article? "Patience is not the first word that comes to mind when one thinks of Daniel Snyder’s tenure as the owner of the Redskins."

As in, he has never been patient and the Redskins have not been successful. Now he would like to be patient and tr to build a more successful team. Is that unreasonable?

My favorite part is how he talks about it 'taking a long time' after bringing in a new coach and staff. I'm fairly certain that the Steelers, Ravens, Saints, Jets, Falcons and countless other teams have made the playoffs with rookie head coaches and new staff. These were rookie head coaches. Shanahan is a Superbowl winning coach. It should take less time for him to win than the rookies.
The only patience Redskins fans need is patience to wait until Dan Snyder dies.

Snyder took the team over as a 35 year old instant billionaire who thought money could solve anything. He obviously wanted nothing more then to win. He simply just did not know how and fell for the used car approach sold by Cerrato and made horrible decisions. He admitted his mistakes and put football people in position to run his team. Unfortunetly the fans paid for the 19 years of wreckage. I'm glad he is speaking to the media again. He is doing a good job in winning the fans back. Still has a lot to prove though.

Take it from me R8...Jason never grew as a player. He was STILL favoring the checkdown before injury in Oakland and was hesitant on many throws. It's hatd for you to have seen that because Oakland had mediocre QBs in the recent years pre Campbell so of course he looked fine to you. No offense brother.

Jason Campbell honestly never had it. Nice guy and on the field showed flashes but as time went on he remained average. He was drafted too early and clearly isn't 1st round material as we can all now see.
