With the only difference in the depth chart on the defensive side of the ball being the flip-flop of linebacker Aldon Smith and linebacker Parys Haralson, Haralson could be back in the starting lineup, soon.
Smith was wheeled to the locker room with an apparent hip injury suffered after he landed hard on the side of his leg against the Vikings on Friday night. He was limping visibly before being taken from the playing area.
Smith generated 14 sacks as a backup in 2011.
