The collar looks exactly like a neck brace that Shane Nelson wore back in the day. I hope Nike knows how bad these look and jersey sales this season reflect this fact.

Vince Young had a good week of practice this week and appears to be the front runner for the back up job. This appears to be Thigpen’s last chance to shine after a pretty unimpressive camp thus far.

The only reason they did last year is because they didn’t have anyone ready to start (Rosenfels wasn’t with the team at the time). Now you have Ponder set as the starter, Webb as the backup, and Rosenfels back as mentor/#3. Plus a potential practice squader in Bethel-Thompson. No room for Thigpen.
