PFT Live: Peter King and Patriots talk with Tom Curran

Matt Schaub AP

PFT Live is finally back!

We’re sure there’s been a little empty spot in your football-loving hearts over the last few weeks because PFT Live has been on hiatus, but everything is whole again at noon ET on Monday. That’s when Mike Florio is back with a pair of guests to fire up a long stretch of uninterrupted football conversation.

Florio’s Football Night in America colleague Peter King will join us from Houston where he’s taking in Texans camp. He’ll share his thoughts on the defending AFC South champs as well as the observations he’s made at the other stops on his camp tour. We’ll also find out what Peter thinks about Andrew Luck, replacement officials and get a hint about who he will wind up predicting as this year’s Super Bowl participants.

Tom Curran of CSNNewEngland.com will also be on the program to give us his thoughts on the Patriots ahead of their Monday night matchup with the Eagles. We’ll get the scoop on what’s been going on in Patriots camp recently and what we should look forward to when the Patriots take the field this season.

You can watch it all live at noon ET.

Don’t ask Peter King about Roger Goodell or he might gush his man crush for the sweet Czar all over your nice suit and probably end up confessing his undying love and affection followed up with an on-air marriage proposal.

I completely agree that the dispute between the coaches and the refs needs to be resolved, but you didn’t even mention the impact of the rule changes in regards to reviewing all fumbles/turnovers as well as scoring plays. This would have a significant impact on game times, and when you’re talking minutes longer on average, how long does it take them to review a fumble?

Sorry, NFL and the refs – not coaches and refs. ^^
