Every week he’s going to play this week, then no, he’ll play next week; nothing serious. Then the next week, no, he’ll play next week; nothing serious… over and over and over again.

I am operating under the assumption Jon Beason is out for the year, until he plays in a game.

Even if “healthy” I’d prefer Anderson, Beason, and Kuechly… just knowing Thomas’ knee, I’d prefer to see him coming in off the bench (quite often). I just know that the next time we see him laying on the ground holding his knee, it would be the last time. Either way I agree, best linebacking corp in the NFL.

Hopefully they don’t try and use him as a three-down linebacker anytime soon. Let him ease back into the game and get his legs under him. A productive Thomas Davis is (even off of the bench) better than what many teams can put out.
