They will get off the bus running the football. Great idea considering the O-line can’t pass block and Cutler represents their only chance at a title. Should have got a LT but that chance is now gone.

Last year, that same exact line (and their back-ups) paved the way for 2,000 yds rushing, and that was even without Forte toward the end.

They even made Bell look good, who just got released, so 2,000 yds with Forte and Bush is not inconceivable.

It would also rest the vet D and keep Rodgers, AP and Megatron off the field.

The coaching staff in Chicago knows that this is a one shot deal they need a deep playoff run or a superbowl win to keep there jobs. Lovie & Emery has put on a nice show but Emery will want his own Coach if Chicago dont go DEEP INTO the playoffs

Im sure LOVIE will pass the football first too gain a lead on the score board an use a good running game to keep his defense on the bench an chew up the clock. Cutler just fired Martz for trying to get him killed out there. an Lovie & Tice will be next if Cutler dont get to pass the ball to his NEW weapons

Did a real Bear fan just say “Mike Tice’s imprint on the Bears’ offense will be the reason they get to the playoffs this year”, or did I miss the sarcasm font? Based on firsthand experience with the Vikes in years past and watching the Bears’ O-line last year, Tice certainly won’t be the primary reason the Bears make the playoffs. Maybe the reason they get cheap tickets, but this season is on Cutler’s shoulders.

Let’s not forget that 1/4 of their games are played against Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford. I’d say pounding the ball to keep it out of their hands would be a pretty nice benefit as well.

How’s that make you feel, Bears fans? Not only does Mike Tice aspire to be more like an 8-8 Jaguars team, he’s aspiring to be better at an archaic aspect of the game in a pass-first league while the Bears have their best QB-WR combination in years. Oh, also, Mike Tice is your offensive coordinator.

Not a Bears fan at all, but if they get good play from their Offensive line and corner backs there is no reason they shouldn’t challenge for the division and a super bowl…even with Mike Tice as their coach.
