The Denver Broncos are down to the NFL-mandated limit of 75 players on their roster.

Long snapper Lonie Paxton, who has played in all 16 games in each of the last three seasons for the Broncos, was the best-known veteran released by Denver today. Paxton is a well-traveled veteran who previously won three Super Bowl rings as the Patriots’ long snapper.

The Broncos also waived the following players: linebacker Elliot Coffey, wide receiver Mark Dell, wide receiver Cameron Kenney, tight end Anthony Miller, defensive end Cyril Obiozor, running back Xavier Omon, safety Anthony Perkins, tackle Mike Remmers, cornerback Ramzee Robinson, fullback Austin Sylvester and guard Austin Wuebbels.

The Broncos also placed defensive end Jason Hunter on injured reserve with a triceps injury.
