Not a Tebow or a Jets fan but you might want to get your facts straight. Hernandez slid to the fourth round because of failed drugs tests at Florida. He was pegged as a solid 2nd round pick before that. Go Patriots!

Difficult decisions for sure, but getting long-term deals with your 22 and 23 year old TE’s, as opposed to your 31 year-old WR, is just smart business.
Hernandez would’ve become a free agent at age 24 and rest assured, plenty of teams would’ve been interested.
