Packers coach Mike McCarthy said after Thursday night’s preseason game that he’s not worried about the ankle injury that defensive tackle B.J. Raji suffered on the first play of the game.

I don’t have a high level of concern about B.J. Raji’s ankle right now based off the information I was given and also talking with B.J.,” McCarthy said, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “First play of the game, that’s not a good feeling.”

Raji went to the locker room and came back with his ankle heavily taped, and he was walking with a limp on the sideline. But he didn’t appear to be seriously hurt, and it would seem that there’s a good chance he’ll be on the field when the Packers open the season against the 49ers in nine days.
