Donald Driver is taking the place of this kid. If you are looking for “win now,” then it is the right decision. Long term….it is a shame to lose Gurley. He’s practically a veteran with excellent hands and speed. Good size too. He will be a real find for some team waiting in the wings.

Boykin has everything but great speed. Surprised Gurley was cut though. Good WR and good on Special Teams.

I was hoping that Gurley would make it down to the Dolphins, but I don’t see him making it past those three teams. Don’t want to see him in purple.

Colts #1
St. Louis #2
Vikings #3
and so on………..

All 3 of these teams could use depth at the WR position. I dont think any of these talented WR’s will get past these pathetic teams……As a Viking fan, I cannot remember a time when i was so unimpressed with the Wideout position as we are this year. Horrible, but at least there is NO Bernard Berrian!!!!

As a huge Packer fan, I hate this move. I love Driver and all he’s done, but I think it’s time they move on. Should’ve said goodbye to Donald and hello to Tori.

If they dont keep Boykin, they werent paying attention.
McCarthey always pays attention. Boykin it is and I have no idea how he didnt get drafted based on what I saw.

Boykin looked awesome last night, catching in traffic and good speed and vision. He should be the 6th receiver now that Gurley is out. Hope he finds a home in Miami,St Louis, or Jacksonville so we can see him out there on Sundays. He deserves it.

They’ve already cut Borel.

Boykin might make it due to his (literally) huge hands that help him catch everything. Gurley is a good special teams player and is the exact same size as Vincent Jackson, but the dude couldn’t catch a cold during camp this year.
