Colts begin the churning of the roster with three claims

The Colts promised they’d be active in the waiver process, using their first-in-line status as a chance to add to their roster.

They weren’t lying, as they claimed three players Saturday.

They added safety Sergio Brown (from New England), nose tackle Martin Tevaseu (Jets) and offensive tackle Mike Person (San Francisco).

Of course, that ended the road for three guys who survived yesterday’s cuts: Safety Jermale Hines, cornerback D.J. Johnson and offensive tackle Ty Neskhe.

Expect to see them continue to comb through, as teams make second-wave cuts of guys who were initially good enough for their 53s.

Colts must be in soooo dire condition to sign Sergio. He is soo average.

Friend, we are way beyond dire in the secondary. We’re dying for someone average.

We went 2-14 last year. Average is an upgrade.

Colts taking good teams rejects. Not surprised after the trash Polian left behind.

The picture of the very intelligent, mature, adult, professional was much appreciated in our community.

There is too much emphasis on drug dealing deadbeat dads, moms that slap they babies in the face; lazy, allergic to work, excuse making parents of color in the white media. Good to see a balanced perpective.

With the injuries the Browns have, they should be doing the same. However, after Heckert’s comments about FA’s, I don’t think he’ll lower himself to the waiver wire.

Besides, the injuries give the Front Office convenient excuses.

Between Heckert’s drafts and Shurmur’s ego & coaching, things don’t look too promising right now. I was a Holmgren supporter in the beginning but, “tick, tock,” something good needs to happen, and soon!

Sergio Brown makes big plays, the issue is that he makes it for the opposing team.

I feel sorry for these guys going to a horrible organisation like the gay colts. The way they handled thier best QB ever was a complete joke. Thier owner is nothing but a twitter using alcoholic clown
