Getty ImagesThe roster churning has slowed a bit, but it’s far from over. A league source tells PFT that the Titans plan to bring a group of defensive linemen to Nashville on Tuesday, for evaluation and possibly addition to the roster.
The Titans have good reason to look. Injuries to starting defensive tackles Jurrell Casey (elbow) and Sen’Derrick Marks (knee; pictured) kept both men out of the teams preseason finale. Also, end/tackle Leger Douzable has been placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
The Titans will need all the help they can get on the defensive line. They open on Sunday with the Patriots and their high-powered passing offense coming to LP Field.
