I’m aware of the rivalry and past results. Just saying Charger fans seem more focused on beating the Raiders than they do about collecting some hardware.

I love how the “Chokeland Raider fans talk about the last 4 games as the new standard to SD vs Oak. Let’s go back a few years. How many games in a row did SD beat them wasn’t it like SD hadn’t loss to them in the past 4-5 years. You guys are foolish to think Norv showed the league the plays he plans on using. And regarding Matthews I agree the guy needs to chill out before he makes it worse. Mark my words if he gets hurt again this year and doesn’t produce better believe we get an RB next year in draft.

If he can stay healthy, he could be a big help in the Chargers quest to take the division. The kid is above average when he is able to play.

Really? Seems to me with an undrafted rookie protecting Rivers’ blindside, it’s looking more and more like the first game last year than the last game last year… in which, the Chargers certainly didn’t play 3 clicks higher than the Raiders.. in fact, pretty sure that Oakland embarrassed Sandy Eggo that night….. Look for more of the same… although this time, the Dolts have to deal with McFadden as well since they didn’t get to see him last year… Oh.. and Shaughnessy…..

Ah, House41 is quoting Pulp Fiction. Yet again.
If the Chargers were playing a respectable team, i.e. any team NOT in the AFC West, they would likely be in trouble. But, as was already told to you before, there is no factual/statistical evidence to support your fanatical opinion that the Raiders will do anything other than embarrass themselves yet again this season. It’ll be fun to watch them choke, at home, to the Chargers, again. It’s a nice bookend to the finale last season.

I will be shocked if he performs well this season. I broke my clavicle twice ten years ago and it still bothers me. I remember Terrell Owens missing the rest of the season after breaking his clavicle halfway through the season. Ronnie Brown will end up being the guy who carries the rock.
