One game’s in the books and we’ve got 15 more before Week One of the NFL season is complete.
Mike Florio will welcome Mike Triplett of the New Orleans Times-Picayune to talk about one of them on Thursday’s edition of PFT Live. The Saints will host the Redskins on Sunday in a game that marks Aaron Kromer’s debut as their interim coach and the official end of an offseason that couldn’t have been much more chaotic for the Saints. We’ll find out the mindset of the Saints heading into that game as well as what we can look forward to from the team this season.
We’ll also take a look back at the Cowboys’ 24-17 win over the Giants on Wednesday night. It’s the first time since 1999 that a defending Super Bowl champion lost in their first game of the next season, a streak that Tom Coughlin and company weren’t too happy to snap.
