Marshawn Lynch was limited in return from back spasms

It wasn’t even a full practice, but it was a reason for optimism for the Seahawks.

Running back Marshawn Lynch took part on a limited basis Thursday, as he comes back from a bout of back spasms, according to the Seattle Times.

The limited work was his first since playing in the second preseason game on Aug. 18.

That makes today a key, and we’ll find out later where the Seahawks place him on the first full Friday injury report of the year.

Lynch has dealt with back issues before, but he’s only missed one game the last two seasons.

this secrecy is qyite annoying if you are a lynch fantasy owner, or a turbin owner for that matter

    Greyhawk,
There is a line between fantasy football and real football. There is no secrecy, and back spasms come and go. Pete Carroll is not sitting in the locker room with a sinister smile, twiddling his thumbs, thinking about how he can ruin your fantasy football week. I hope you lose.

He’ll play , just wait . And either way , Arizona will see a heavy dose of Turbin regardless .
