i think his salery this year was going to be 6.7 Mil. not 3.8. nice move, everybody loves Cooley and he can still be productive and knows the offense but even Cooley understood that you can”t pay a backup TE that kind of cheeze. Fred Davis is the starter but with a rookie QB there will be a lot of 2 TE sets for blocking and because TE”s are a rookie QB”s best friend {saftey outlet coming accross in the flat for a dump-off}. HTTR
i really do hope we can get him back CC47 HAIL!

Stupid. Why bring back someone who can’t play any more? This is football. It’s the nature of the game when a guy can’t play any more, he gets released.

I would love to see Cooley back as a skin, I refuse to update my madden 13 roster because I dont want to get rid of Cooley. I did find it interesting that Cooley was acting as his own agent. Not a good idea with the way teams treat players these days. I am pretty sure he was more worried about learning the playbook than looking at the legal yada yada yada that makes up CBA…

I agree 100% funny how the media and the haters were dogging the move to release the high salary Cooley had. Can’t wait for him to resign with the Skins as Cooley’s asset as a good player and person cannot be measured.
