Revis “fine” after getting kicked in the head

Panthers Jets Football AP

Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis left Sunday’s season-opening win over the Bills after being kicked in the head.

It ended up being a precaution.  A league source with knowledge of the situation tells PFT that Revis is fine.

As the source explained it, Revis didn’t return as a precaution, given the sensitivity to concussions.  He should be available when the Jets travel to Pittsburgh next week, where Revis will play in the stadium where he played his college games, not far from his hometown.

Nice interception on Stevie Johnson today. You think Bills fans will continue to bring that up for the next 10 months?

Please forgive me if I don’t feel all that upset when an egotistical, self centered, money grubbing, arsshole takes a shot to the head.

CAN’T WAIT for a real test in Pittsburgh, Buffalo was a nice punching bag to get the opening day jitters away but let’s face it they’re a paper tiger, so I’m not going to be drinking kool-aid yet.

What bills fans talked about SJ besting revis? This web page did but few fans brought it up like these jets fan say, as a bills fan I’m pretty disappointed but I’m not going to let a few bad choices by Fitz and young corners getting rolled ruin the year, I’m ready for week 17 to hush up the jersey jets. Keep talking , but the bills will still be here in the end

Rooting for the Jets and winning is sweet enough all by itself. But winning and shoving it right back in the face of all the Jets hating media is absolute heaven.

    buffalose:

You will be out of the playoff race well before week 17. Just like every year since 2000. That last playoff victory in 1997 seems so far away.
