It’s going to be an extra long week for Aaron Rogers even more so because he now has to wear an Alex Smith Jersey because of what he promised one of the guys from Boyz II Men.

The GIANTS have won 4 Superbowls and have lost their first game that year 3 times.
In 86 they lost their first game of the year to the Cowboys. In 1990 they started 10 & 0. In 2007 they started 0 & 2, losing to the Cowboys & Packers, then last year they started the year by losing to Washington.

So what does it mean? It only means if you lose the first game of the year you can’t go undefeated.

It’s not 100% meaningful, but this morning on Mike & Mike, they mentioned that 69% of teams that start 0-1 (not sure how far they went back) do not make the playoffs.

You named every team they lost to except one. Way to go. There must be a moratorium on mentioning the Cowboys in anything but a negative light.

I don’t doubt it, with the Steelers facing the Jets, Colts facing the Vikings, Giants facing the Bucs, Saints facing the Panthers, and the Packers facing the Bears.
