I believe that the problem (there are several with the cardinals, so this should be phrased "one of the problems" I guess) is that wisenhunt seems to be intent on pushing his system and not tailoring it to the strengths of the qb. Warner was the exception, but he had hailey as a coordinator and their relationship, albeit intense and fiery seemed to work. Since then, the coaching staff seems to be trying to fit a square plug into a round hole.

As long as the Cards coaches are willing to cut down their playbook to the WCO type of plays along with their No-Huddle packages, Kolb should do fine as long as the Offensive line gives him time for a 3 step drop and a two progression read. Kolb's own statement shows he has still not mastered the Cards playbook as he is still guessing what the Cards coaches are trying to do with the plays they call from the side. Kolb admits he does much better when he gets to call the plays since he calls the ones he knows how to execute and what to expect out of them. As long as the Cards coaches recognize what works with Kolb, Kolb should be able to move the offense. Ask him for more out of the Cards playbook when it involves multiple reads and long timing patterns and the Cards are asking for trouble, again. BTW, Skelton did a lot of his 4th quarter comebacks last year while running the No-Huddle and the limited regular passing package the Cards coaches assembled for him. With the skilled players the Cards have, it is easy tosee why the No-Huddle and WC type offense plays would work well for them.
