Ponder however, just had a really good game against the 9th ranked pass defense in the NFL.

That came against the Jaguars, who had the 8th highest ranked pass defense last year.

It helps that Harvin is great running after the catch, but the other high ranking QB’s have some pretty good receivers too.

Yup, Ponder doesn’t have it.

You got that right, and Rudolph is #2. It seems a bit early to declare Simpson as Ponder’s biggest receiving threat when they’ve never even played in a game together.

RGIII played great, but even the greats have started out slow during their rookie year. Bad assessment way too early. Not saying RGIII won’t be a stud, but those others could easily develop.
