So how did you feel the week before when the Panthers stomped all over the Bucs 48-16? When did “SuperCam” take a seat in that game? Because I heard he played the whole thing.

But I’m sure you were on the bench begging your coach to show restraint, be classy, and sit all the starters down and spare the poor hapless Bucs some embarrassment.

Please – it’s the freakin’ NFL. You don’t want Brees passing out TD’s like dollars in a strip club, find a way to stop him. Until then, just be glad he does get pulled in the 4th or he might end up dropping 60 on you.

Is 25 points supposed to be bad? It’s only 2 points less than what the offense did vs. Green Bay in their opener last year, the same year they went on to set multiple offensive records.

As a Panthers fan, everyone on that team should be worried about correcting what went wrong last week, not worrying about what the Saints did last year. The O-line got ran over last week and the Saints’ offense had nothing to do with that.

The only player who was really whining about it in the article was Hardy. Even Rivera’s comments weren’t whining. He may disapprove of it, but he never said so outright.

I guess Hardy would feel it’s more respectful to be treated like an adult would treat a kid when playing a game with him. Pat him on the head, give him a cookie, and “let him win” by not trying anymore. Ugh. Pathetic.

I hope he knows that even the “classy” Joe Gibbs “ran up scores” and went for records. Put your big boy pants on Hardy, and play football.

I REALLY can’t stand when teams cry about their opponents “running up the score.” This is the NFL. These are supposed to be the best players on Earth. If you don’t want them to score, stop them. If you can’t stop them, too bad. This isn’t like Oklahoma State putting 84 points on Savannah State where there is obviously a huge disparity in talent between the two teams. These are supposed to be the BEST at what they do. The offense’s job is to score points. Period. Shut up and play.

I support the Panthers on this and think Ron Rivera is an excellent coach. I enjoyed our game with them last week and the Saints could learn a thing or two about Class from Coach Rivera. Cam Newton won’t be stopped in this game and he’ll put up another 40 points on the Saints and give them something new to whine about.

I love the it’s part of the game talk from the teams that are doing it. wait untill it’s your turn and see how you feel. somehow I do not think they or their fans will feel that way when the shoe is on the other foot. if you are playing your second team and scoring no problem but first teamers in there? total lack of class.

There are no more classless players in the league than Steve Smith of the Panthers. Perennial punk and sucker puncher of his own teammates, anything that makes Smith go WWAAAAAAA is all right by me.

If it had been him close to a record he would have been merciless in doing anything it took to break it because he knows very well that adds up to more dollars in your next contract.
