It looks like the Giants have a decent chance of having cornerback Prince Amukamara in the lineup against Tampa on Sunday.

He’s listed as questionable on the team’s final injury report of the week after missing a chunk of time recovering from a high ankle sprain. Amukamara doesn’t know if he’s going to be in the lineup or not, but he knows that he feels ready to play.

“The coach hasn’t told me anything yet,” Amukamara said, via the team’s website. “I just practiced this whole week and just did the best I can out there. I feel a lot better. I feel like I’m improving and getting healthier each day. If I can compete in practice, you can play.”

If Amukamara is able to play, it’s not clear if he’ll start. Michael Coe, who started the opener, is probable for the game after leaving early in Week One with a hamstring injury and could remain in that role. Elsewhere on the Giants defense, defensive tackle Marvin Austin is likely to play his first NFL game ever after being listed as probable with a back injury and linebacker Keith Rivers is doubtful with a hamstring injury. Bengals fans are probably familiar with that last one.

The Giants also listed wide receiver Victor Cruz as probable after he missed practice to attend his grandmother’s funeral. Hakeem Nicks is also listed as questionable because of the foot injury he suffered in the spring, but he played against the Cowboys and we expect to see him against Tampa as well.

The Buccaneers listed running back LeGarrette Blount as probable after he practiced fully the last two days. A somewhat mysterious injury saga resolved itself when the team announced that he suffered a stinger against the Panthers. Tackle Jeremy Trueblood is questionable because of an ankle injury and cornerback E.J. Biggers is doubtful thanks to a foot injury.
