Garcon inactive for Redskins

Pierre Garcon AP

Coach Mike Shanahan said that receiver Pierre Garςon’s ability to play with a foot injury hinged on pain tolerance.

Apparently, Garςon can’t tolerate the pain.

Garςon has been deactivated for Sunday’s game at St. Louis, along with quarterback Rex Grossman, safety Brandon Meriweather, safety Jordan Pugh, guard Josh LeRibeus, guard Adam Gettis, and defensive tackle Chris Baker.

The Redskins face the Rams at 4:05 p.m. ET.

Actually my sources say that the only hold up is sponsorship negotiations between Garcon and either Advil or Tylenol.

Once that deal’s done he’ll be ready to play.

Did you write “Garcon” an excessive amount of times just because you had fun putting that weird “C” in?
