On a day when they need all their offensive weapons, the Panthers appear to be at full strength.

Wide receiver Steve Smith and running back Jonathan Stewart are both active for the Panthers and expected to play their normal roles today against the Saints.

Smith missed practice time this week with a knee problem, and Stewart was inactive for last week’s loss at Tampa because of a preseason ankle sprain.

For a team that rushed for 10 yards and scored 10 points last week, that’s welcome news.
