Redskins receiver Pierre Garcon is still considered a game-time decision for today’s 4:05 p.m. Eastern kickoff in St. Louis. But the Redskins expect the decision to be that Garcon can’t go.

Garcon didn’t practice at all this week while he nursed a foot injury, and a source told Jason La Canfora of CBS that the team is preparing to play the Rams without Garcon on the field.

I’d be really surprised if he played at this point,” the source told La Canfora. “It’s pretty hard to play when the first time you really even try it is before the game.”

Garcon was the Redskins’ leading receiver in Week One, with four catches for 109 yards and an 88-yard touchdown. Robert Griffin III will likely pass more to Aldrick Robinson and Santana Moss as the Redskins try to improve to 2-0 in Week Two.
