Give Finnegan credit. He played Morgan like a fiddle. Set him up big time.

Bradford played his heart out knowing he will always be compared to RGIII as the QB that could have been had, and although he played well, there isn’t a GM that would take Bradford over RGIII.

Two teams defining their persona. It was a fun game to watch.

What Finnegan have you watched. His mouth is always running but he also quite often takes cheap little shoves and slaps after the play. Andre Johnson didn’t beat him down like a little chump for just talking, and it is bound to happen again.

I know a little people dont like Finnegan, but dont disrespect his talent level. He makes plays and he has heart. Look at the Titans defense without him. Two weeks in a row they played terribly. Also, the refs didnt have any control of that game yesterday. Players were head hunting, hitting late, and violating every rule in the book. These replacements refs were terrible yesterday in every game I took a look at. The Patriots game, the Ravens/Eagles game, and the Rams/Redskins game. Goodell and the owners are jokes.

Redskins had several chances to put the Rams away and couldn’t get it done…Morgan is simply the goat because he personally blew our final chance, so that’s what’s remembered most- how bout the defensive backfield all day long? Anyhow I just wanna continue seeing improvement as the weeks unfold here, hopefully we will.

No one is saying the Redskins were screwed on bad calls or that the Rams weren’t: this issue is much bigger than an L or W. Redskins fans are complaining because they saw the Rams viciously attack their star players after plays were over, and saw that the offficials were doing little or nothing to stop it.

It isn’t even about the yards, it’s about their star pass rusher being out for the season because a Rams player stomped on his injured shoulder while he was diving for a loose ball, the fact that their starting tight end will probably be out next week with a concussion on an uncalled helmet to helmet, and how close their star middle linebacker was to having his career ended on an NFL Blitz-style body slam after the whistle. The rams played a great game and absolutely deserve the win. The complaints are not about the loss, they’re about the loss of the season, and nearly losing the next couple seasons as well, due to abonimable officiating.

As a Skins fan I want an apology from Morgan. You get paid, you are a pro. You can’t throw a football at a player on ANY level. It’s football 101. I’m not saying he wasn’t provoked and that the officials didn’t lose control of this game WAY before this incident, but Morgan CAN NOT do that. He was WRONG and when you’re wrong you apologize. He cost his team and their fans. I’d bench him for a game. Regardless of the situation he screwed the pooch.

I’m not excusing Morgan for a dumb play on his part, but the refs clearly had no control over that game.

Too much pushing and shoving was going on after the whistle, Fletcher got a cheap shot while on the ground, Davis got blown up as a defenseless receiver with no call, just a bad all around day for the scab refs not only in this game but across the league.

The NFL is seriously delusional if they think these replacement refs are doing an “admirable” job.
