He looks quicker this season, collapsing the pocket and making more plays behind the line of scrimmage. He’s the kind of guy who’s committed to his job and his teammates; the kind of guy an owner should want to pay big bucks to.

I hope Vince will maintain that healthy ethic years from now, when he retires. Eat lean proteins, with healthy Omega fatty acids — salmon, walnuts, sunflower seeds. Bluberries, black beans, raspberries, yogurt and almonds are also very healthy.

I remember last year, Vince Wilfork said the most surprising thing about him is that he can still dunk a basketball.

I really can’t get over that statement. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be dunking yet!!!

Just more proof that NFL 300+ pounder is a whole lot different than average person 300+ pounder.

I know a guy from Westover reserve base that sat at the same table as him at the Kick off Gala a few years ago and he said it is just amazing how big he is in person. That is a real cool story. They gave the team a really nice picture of a C5 with coins for each SB win.
