Darrelle Revis probable for Sunday

The Jets got cornerback Darrelle Revis back for a full practice on Thursday, but coach Rex Ryan wasn’t ready to say that he’d play against the Dolphins.

Revis practiced fully again on Friday and the Jets coach is now ready to rule Revis in for the trip to Miami. Revis, who missed last week’s game because of a concussion, has been listed as probable and Ryan’s comments about the cornerback’s status made it sound like he should really be listed as definite.

“Every one of those guys, I expect to play,” Ryan said of the players who will be listed as probably on the team’s final injury report of the week.

The Jets have ruled fullback John Conner and linebacker Bryan Thomas out of the game. Tight end Dustin Keller, who missed the Pittsburgh game with a hamstring injury, is listed as questionable. He didn’t practice on Friday, though, and that usually isn’t a good sign for a player’s availability come gameday.

It’s also not a great sign for the Jets offense since Keller has been a reliable target for Mark Sanchez over the last three seasons. That means more heavy lifting for the Jets defense, something that should be a bit easier with Revis back on the field.
