So, whatever your opinion of the guy, it isn’t based on facts. Because the facts indicate that he was a premiere player last season.

I don’t think anyone is claiming that he is the second coming of LT or Adrien Peterson. But is he an important game changer for San Diego. Arguably, yes.

He is averaging almost 5 yards a carry and had a great year last season even after the lockout. Keep hating on him but he is the real deal and no more injury prone than any other back. Almost every team has a hurt running back, it’s the position in football where u take a beating constantly. Mathews will prove all you haters wrong and the Bolts are 2-0 on their way to 3-0. How many “experts” picked Denver or KC to win this division?
