Maybe Gabbert was “Capt’n checkdown” because Lewis had to help our depleted O-Line block D linemen; Conservative run oriented play calling from the OC; Robinson went out early with a concussion; The young Blackmon needs to learn to get open, and catch; Thomas’s inconsistencies continues; Gabbert had to throw to the rapidly improving back up wide outs the Shorts, and K Elliott. With all of these injuries, and young players on offense, it’s way too premature to deem the second year Gabbert ‘not the guy’ in week 3. I’m glad that we got the win, Go Jags!

Tebow pulls these games and he’s a winner, Gabbert does it and he sucks. Granted I dislike Tebow and Gabbert isn’t the answer, but the media spin is palpable.

Stop hating on the Jags a win is a win. The Jags needed Gabbert to win the game and he did. Jones-Drew played great. It was a team effort and they won great game Jags!!!!!!

The refs were horrible this game. Still If your a Gabbert hater or not he comes up clutch when we need him most.

One pass doesn’t anoint him a great qb but the local media is blowing this up like he is top dog. Face it, he barely has 200 yards passing in two games combined. He was totally Captain Check down before that pass.
