Pierre Garcon will miss his second straight game today when he’s sidelined for the Redskins’ game against the Bengals.

Garcon was listed as doubtful with a foot injury, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirmed this morning that Garcon has been ruled out.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said on Friday that Garcon attempted to do some drills, but his foot was hurting and he wasn’t able to take any practice reps with the offense.

Garcon, who signed a five-year, $42.5 million contract with the Redskins this offseason, got off to a great start in Week One with an 88-yard touchdown catch. But the foot injury caused him to leave the opener before halftime, and the first half of Week One will, for another week, remain the only action Garcon has seen with the Redskins.
