That’s what this is to Belichick. He shouldn’t have grabbed his arm, but he was deservedly frustrated and did. He got the standard fine, he’s accepting it, he apologized, and is moving on.

Nothing to do with Camera Hunt. Not an evaluation of his skills as a coach. Not a story. Move on.

Give Bill and the Patriots this: They never whine about anything. They take responsibility and move on. They don’t make excuses, shift blame, or try to justify themselves. They don’t drag things out in the media or use it for leverage. They keep it in house and let their performance speak for them. An honest fan has to respect that about them. It’s something other franchises would be wise to emulate.

It does seem strange to me the kind of joy some media people take in seeing someone get fined like this for something so small. It’s like the liberal media. Objectivity only applies when they are in favor of the issue. Belichick does not supply them with drama to write about so they blame him rather than their own creativity. Lame….

That is wrong. The Patriots made it to two superbowls since then. That’s better than every AFC team but the Steelers. That means 30 other AFC teams also have had zero championships in that stretch but the Patriots won the AFC twice while they were losing.

Not understanding the rationale for a call (or calls) — Coach Belichick sought the official’s angle to gain a better understanding. The expression on Coach Belichick’s face appeared more perplexed than antagonistic or hostile.

I think they came down too hard here, and for the wrong reasons.

That replacement ref, in my opinion, should reach out to Coach Belichick with some form of support.

That was $50,000 well spent in earning the good graces of the “real” refs as far as I’m concerned.

I’m sure the zero championships since Camera Hunt has nothing to do with Tom Brady losing an entire season.
Or defensive leaders Tedy Bruschi, Rodney Harrison, Mike Vrabel and Junior Seau (RIP) retiring.
Or Willie McGinest or Richard Seymour being traded for draft picks.

The plays you are refering to happened when bb was stealing signals. Fact is the patsies are 2-1 vs steelers after spygate.
