Even if they don’t call the PI on the hail mary. i believe the regular officials atleast communicate, and come to the right call on the hail mary.

Bad calls happen all of the time in the NFL. Some even more critical than this early season call with more important games are on the line.

I agree that the flow and pace of the games will improve drastically. But bad calls will always be a part of the game. Like it or not.

Yes, the regular boys make mistakes, but the integrity of your average football game will skyrocket. Favoritism or no.

I think the substitute teacher was the best analogy. The players were acting like the sub was there, no matter how capable. Now the real teacher is back, so the students will behave better. Doesn’t mean there won’t be issues but the whole attitude will be different.

I feel for Green Bay and Seattle. Green Bay got screwed and Seattle has a play that overshadows all of the fine effort they had before that play. At least its all done now.

Ahhh. The po ol Packers got some attention. Vikes could have gotten some consolation in 2010 when the NON replacement refs blew 2 calls that got the Packers a win. Even the refs admitted they screwed up! Now, 2 seasons later when blown calls happen with replacements it matters? What a joke! Suck it up Packer whiners!
