Well I’m sure every single player on the Ravens can spell “helmet” correctly, so just chalk that up as another reason the RAVENS and their fans are superior to the steelers and their fans.

Wow have the masters of the cheap shot Raiders fans gotten soft. I saw the hit and there wasn’t anything wrong with it — he didn’t lead with his helmet, as you can see in the picture the ball is right there so it wasn’t a defenseless receiver situation – frankly at normal speed it didn’t even appear to be that bad of a hit. I saw probably 20 hits on Sunday that looked worse than this, but it doesn’t have to look bad to be bad, I certainly get that. Regardless I don’t understand what the fine is for since it looked like a legit hit to me. Unless the NFL just wants to fully convert to flag football they need to clean up their act on fining these types of plays. Also none of this is any disrespect to DHB, glad to hear he’s doing OK.

Waiting for the announcement for the fines against the Raiders for the cheap shot forearm to the back of Ben’s knees long after the ball was thrown, and the cheap shot chop block to the back of Hood’s knee as well… Oh yeah, I forgot, the NFL only fines Steelers’ not people who cheap shot them…..

The forearm to the back of the knee? Wheeler completely missed him. Though you wouldn’t know it because Ben flopped like a soccer player. I love how he got up and limped back to the huddle. That tells me all I need to know about what kind of “man” Ben is.

Mundy is a repeat offender. He had another hit just like this I believe on Myers in the same game. Same thing last year against the Raiders as well.

2. While the play was legal on the hit against Myers the actions were not. He was clearly headhunting and leading with the crown.

For Goodell to suspend Mays after one hit and only get Mundy for $21,000 after clearly showing for the entire game that he had no regard for the rules makes no sense to me.
