One only needs to look at the state of these two franchises (Panthers and Jets) and it’s not surprising that besides running their own teams into the ground, they were willing to run the NFL into the ground also. I am kind of surprised that Jerrah Jones wasn’t with them……but, I won’t be surprised if we later find out that Jerrah was the ring leader of the failed coup’.

Talk junk about Jerry being cheap and tight. The same owner that kept all his employees on the payroll full time during the player lockout.
And excuse him for not wanting to cave in on giving part time employees that have no accountability and can’t be fired or replaced a full pension and 401k and 150k per year, first class air fair, and great perks. Yeah, he’s tight. That pension system is unbelievable.
Thats why unions have put this country in the cellar.

Richardson spearheaded the ridiculous player lockout because he resents the millions he has to pay his players after he worked for $9,500 salary when he played for the Colts in prehistoric times. I’m glad Houston has Bob McNair. The Texans are a first class organization with first class players, coaches, and front office. They rarely have player problems and their coaches act like professionals. McNair also knows how to stay out of the public eye and do business in meetings, not thriough the media…unlike another Texas owner…

Here it is at the end of the week and Letterman still got his largest and loudest applause for the replacement referee jokes.

Take note of which owners were in favor of the lock out and never making a deal. They are the billionaires insulated from the public by “yes” men.

They haven’t remembered that when you stop respecting and listening to your customers, your business will always suffer.

Almost everyone dislikes immorality (except for viking customers).

It makes sense.

If you have a mediocre team, the replacement refs probably help you. They add more variance the game, which can help a mediocre to bad team in the short run.

Richardson made his billions with Hardee franchises that paid, at best, minimum wage. Anyone wonder why he was the leading owner to insist on locking out the players last year and refs this year. He could care less about the league, players or “protecting the shield”. Just pay the nothing and keep charging higher prices.

Being a little dramatic there aren’t we, Mike?

Only real damage done here is that the Packers lost a game they shouldn’t have.

Owners are still arrogant jackwagons, and they don’t care what we think.

The fans will still watch on the tube, buy the merchandise, fill up most of the stadiums, and place their hard earned money on the games.

So other than the unfortunate loss the Packers suffered, thats about the extent of the “damage”.
Pretty minimal, imo.
