Getty ImagesLions quarterback Matthew Stafford was able to practice for the second straight day, which should eliminate any concern about his availability for Sunday’s game against the Vikings, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press.
Stafford was held out Wednesday with a hamstring strain (it was listed as hip), but showed no signs of a problem Friday.
Lions tight end Tony Scheffler also practiced for the second straight day as well.
Safety Louis Delmas and linebacker Travis Lewis remained out.

When Delmas gets back he needs 2 change his play style I like that he will stick his nose anywhere on the football field but its not doin this team or him any justice by playing that way because he’s always hurt u can still be aggressive but be under control at the same time i like 2 call it (Controlled Chaos)
Jared Allen wants to put some hot sauce on Stafford’s hamstring!
Delmas is too little too late. 8 and 8 is not going to cut it in the NFC North, if Delmas can’t get back NOW, why bother, call it and put him on the sideline for the year. We need players that can contribute today. I am tired of players getting surgery and addressing physical needs right before the start of the season!
I hope the rest of the team is “Set to Start” after the last poor performance they gave.
Ohhh yeah. Now it’s time to unleash the Glass Dragon. Five TDs, a broken thumb, and 458 yards is my prediction.
Was there ever any doubt?
Dude is a big time baller.
Minced meat there for JA’s pickin… 6 sacks in this game by the surprisingly speedy purple, Vikings 3-1, you heard it here first!
