APThe Bills are healthier than expected at running back.
Fred Jackson, Buffalo’s starter who has been sidelined since Week One with a knee injury, will play today. He’ll be wearing a knee brace, but he’ll be in the starting lineup.
And C.J. Spiller, who was sensational in relief of Jackson, is expected to play today despite suffering a shoulder injury last week. The Bills haven’t officially announced yet that Spiller is playing, but they’re expected to confirm that he’s active within the next half hour.
With both Jackson and Spiller good to go, the Patriots will have their hands full in a very important AFC East matchup.

That sound you hear is Tashard Choice being mass-dropped from Fantasy Football teams.
Well it’s only cliche they try to keep this September thing going huh?
Probably a bad move come December.
Just crown them already. 33-10 pats
Hard to imagine they’re both 100% for this. Hopefully they’re not rushing back only to re-aggravate their injuries. I really like watching these guys.
Very different skillsets but they’re both incredibly talented RBs.
i dont think we win this game at all, without both of them it gets ugly, with one who know… and with both, well lets say that gives us a 10%. id almost rather not see Spiller play and give him an extra week to rest up…i think he has shown that as he goes, so does the offense. I love fred J but Spiller is the one guy who can go toe to toe with other big play guys in the league…
if this all goes accordingly, game will be over by end of 3rd – sad to say i have no confidence they can beat NE again
