The Bills are healthier than expected at running back.

Fred Jackson, Buffalo’s starter who has been sidelined since Week One with a knee injury, will play today. He’ll be wearing a knee brace, but he’ll be in the starting lineup.

And C.J. Spiller, who was sensational in relief of Jackson, is expected to play today despite suffering a shoulder injury last week. The Bills haven’t officially announced yet that Spiller is playing, but they’re expected to confirm that he’s active within the next half hour.

With both Jackson and Spiller good to go, the Patriots will have their hands full in a very important AFC East matchup.
