Texans a half away from 4-0

Glover Quin, Jake Locker AP

As they have all season, the Houston Texans are winning, and making it look easy.

After winning their first three games by 20, 20 and 14 points, the Texans have jumped out to a 14-7 halftime lead against the Titans.

Houston scored on two long an efficient first-quarter drives, with Matt Schaub hitting James Casey for an 11-yard touchdown and Arian Foster running in for a four-yard touchdown.

Titans quarterback Jake Locker was knocked out of the game with a shoulder injury, and backup Matt Hasselbeck has played well in his place, marching the Titans down the field on a seven-play, 78-yard touchdown pass that ended with a 19-yard touchdown pass to Craig Stevens. And Titans running back Chris Johnson has finally played a decent half of football, with 58 yards on 10 carries.

Hasselbeck and Johnson will have to play very well in the second half to come back against a Texans team that looks destined for a perfect September.
