Titans receiver Kenny Britt will not play today in Houston.

Britt, who missed practice all week with an ankle injury but was listed as questionable, has been ruled out for this afternoon’s game against the Texans, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

After he was limited to just three games last year with a knee injury, 2012 may be shaping up as Britt’s second consecutive disappointing season. He has played in two games, with seven catches for 60 yards.

Rookie receiver Kendall Wright, who leads the Titans with 14 catches, may get even more passes thrown his way with Britt out.
