maybe he should have said he shouldnt have been driving drunk and left the note part out and he was only in possession of a small gun–i mean it only shoots small bulletts so what damage can be done. probably only small. jeez lawyer sounds as smart as client

He got drunk and hit a couple cars.

Then he pulled a firearm on 3 people.

Yeah, he’s really learned from his mistakes. The next headline you’ll see from this guy is that he’s going to be in jail.

If Berry really believes what his lawyer said, then it’s only a matter of time before Aaron does something else stupid. When that happens, I hope Berry is the only one who gets hurt. There is NO excuse for DUI’s and there’s definately no excuse to wave a gun around…not even a little gun.
This roster move reeks of desperation. The Jets would have signed him regardless of what their “background check” uncovered.

you only got the chance with the jets because they are desparate. it has nothing to do with if you are a bad guy or not. you could be a murderer but if you can play somebody will sign you. and somebody will take another chance on you when you get your third strike which is only a question of when not if.
