Yes, Brady was always brilliant in the playoffs. Like the time the Pats were up 7 late in the 4th versus the Colts in the AFCCG. Pats are inside the 10 and it’s 3rd down.

All the Pats need to do is hold onto the ball and kick the FG and it’s game over. But Tom the sloth tries to run the ball in for a TD and loses a fumble in the process. But of course, he gets bailed out by replay. It doesn’t change the fact that it’s an utterly moronic play in crunch time.

Then of course there was the Tuck rule, and Drew Bledsoe having to beat the Steeler juggernaut led by Kordell Stewart.

And that’s from someone that doesn’t even follow the AFC.

----
Great job!
He's played in what, 23 or 24 playoff games and you pick out 2 games.
No one said he was perfect but having the second highest winning % in playoffs is a lot better than being below average.

So tell me ... You wouldn't trade your QB for Brady?

I love the cheating comments... the patriots didn't cheat at Football... They video taped defensive signals after the commish said to stop ... which if you you know anything about football gave them zero advantage in any one game... Since the got got caught cheating they have the highest winning percentage of every other team including yours and have been back to the big game twice...

Face it... We are better!!!

Koppen is going to need a lot of help with Vince Wilfork this week. Belichick is going to line Wilfork right over Koppen. If Denver doesn't double and maybe even triple team him (like the Bills did at times) then Manning is going to have pressure in his face all afternoon long in Foxboro.

I know Koppen can keep up with Manning and he won't get overwhelmed by anything but he got dominated all August long and was awful in the preseason he's just not the same player anymore.

One is a great QB and the other is great regular season QB.
———
I think what you meant to say was one is a great QB and the other plays in a system where even Cassel can win 11 games.

—

And here we go again, there is always a HATER who will try to diminish what Brady has done for 11 years because Cassel came in and did exactly what a 4 year back up was supposed to do. Put up some decent #’s and win some games.
-----
And here we go again, there's always someone swinging from Brady's balls and forgetting that he hasent won anything since he got caught cheating or has had a great D.

Oh great another RING comment. Can we please get past this. Ben has the same as Eli and Bradshaw has as many as Montana. Yes Manning has struggled in the post season when teams can plan for him with Indy's crap D and there non existent running game. ONe last note on Brady having the greatest season ever when he had 50 TD's. If you look at the numbers side by side and actually use your head the numbers show that if manning had as many attempts as Brady did when Manning threw 49 he would have had 5300 yards and 57 TD's. Brady threw 578 times and 50 TD's for a TD every 11.56 pass attempts. Manning only threw it 497 times and 49 TD's for a TD every 10.14 pass attempts. 578 attempts times 10.14 equals 57 TD's. They are both two of the greatest of all times and I am a huge Pats hater so there you go.
