Other than those 20 tackles, 7.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries and five batted down passes he’s basically been shut down.

I was a big fan of his at college, along with Owen Daniels. Awesome to see the him tearing it up.

I just hope thier short week after MNF, slows them down a step or two. So hes not tearing it up against GB.

Imagine how good Watt’s month would have been had he nor been shut down by Leroy Harris (other than the two sacks he gave up, of course).

As far as going for MVP. I would love to see a DE being mentioned. However, hes going to have to do some incredible things. Personally I think if he

1. Breaks the sack record
2. Breaks the passes deflected record of 11 for a d-lineman
3. keep up a decent pace of tfl’s
4. Maybe a touchdown or two.

All large tasks but if he could somehow get close to these numbers. I think he could at least be mentioned in the MVP race. An that would be pretty cool. I’m getting tired of MVP standing for Most Valuable Passer
