Raiders 1982 thinks he’s funny every time any NFC east team is in the headlined he copy paste the same BS about rg3.
I am pretty sure that this is the best part of his day…..sad really.

Anyways JPP is an animal and EVERY player and coach in the NFL knows JPP is in the top 3 pass rushers in the league and must game plan against him. He is a game changer just ask Dallas about week 14 last year sacks safeties blocked FG to win the game!!!

I can’t wait till to hear rg3 CRY again after the giants really welcomes him to the NFL. Remember when rg3 whined about the players being too mean to him after week 1? That’s embarrassing.

When I read this, this first thing I thought of was Todd Marinovich. Maybe he genuinely just doesn’t have fun playing anymore. If I recall correctly he said never really saw himself playing this game anyway.

I know he only has 1.5 sacks, but he is having his best year. They guy has been all over the field. Nobody at his position plays the run as well as he does. He is loads of fun to watch play.

Obviously stats can really indicate a lot about a player or team but sometimes those stats can be incredible misleading. In terms of Jason Pierre Paul’s numbers, that tends to be the case. He gets double-teamed, and sometimes chipped when being double-teamed, it’s up to Justin Tuck and company to provide the pressure in one-on-one matchups. It’s like looking at Jason Babin in Philadelphia. He totaled 18 sacks last season while having seven games in which he didn’t have a single sack while in two games he didn’t even record a tackle. For pass rushers such as JPP, it’s his presence that causes a ruckus while on the stat line it looks like a dud, similiar to Darnell Docket in AZ that is a disruptive force almost every snap.

Even Reggie White and Deacon Jones had trouble when they were constantly double teamed. The Giants have injuries at DT and that’s hurting the whole line.

I love how people are still spouting the “Giants were lucky to make the playoffs last year” nonsense. Last I checked, there were 3 other teams in their division that had the exact same chance. It’s not the Giants fault (or problem) that those teams, for one reason or another, didn’t get it done. Giants beat who they had to beat, and then beat everyone on their schedule in the post season.

JPP has been fantastic so far this year. You have to watch his games and not his stat lines to see so but he’s blowing stuff up every play. The problem is he’s often the only one doing anything on that D and whenever Osi comes in he’s shifted to DT making him not as effective as he could be.

Yeah, there’s no hangover, he’s getting doubled quite a ton and still making plays. Sacks don’t matter all that much. He’s getting pressures and still running down run plays.
