"Lost amongst all this puny Viking fan hatred and packer fan awesomeness is the bit about Cutler being Cutler, one of the most deplorable people in the league. What a little girl."

Right, because guys like Sam Hurd, Plaxico Burress, Michael Vick, and Big Ben are such classy role models.

Cutler visits sick kids in the hospital and doesn't bother advertising it to the world, and he refuses to kiss the royal behinds of the media...What a HORRIBLE guy!

I'm so tired of people saying that the Packers should have never let the game get to the point where a Hail Mary would beat them. Has anyone watched the rest of the games this year? A majority of them have come down to final possesions and 2 minute drives. Most of the point spreads are 3-4 tops. The NFL is a very even league and any team can win on any given Sunday. To say the Packers or anyother team should alway win by 2-3 scores is just plain ignorant to how the NFL is today.

Shhh, don’t tell the Vikings fans that!

The way they tell it, golden Tate was wide open in the end zone, after fighting off three illegal hits from the packers, and made a stunning one handed catch on a perfect ball thrown by a qb who is way better than Rodgers, all while Rodgers was beating up children, blowing off cancer patients, and complaining about Gas prices.
———————-
Actualy no, all the Vikings fans I know think you truly got jobbed. We’re just laughing at how much you’re overreacting considering all the flack we’ve got from our Pack fan friends in the area for complaining about refs in the past. Divine justice.

---

Then you don't know any of the Viking fans on this site. Look above. Not one packer fan whining about the call. More people saying packer fans are whining than anything else. This article was posted because its news, not by the packers, not for the packers.

Divine justice? That happens when (not if) the packers won the Super Bowl.

Lost amongst all this puny Viking fan hatred and packer fan awesomeness is the bit about Cutler being Cutler, one of the most deplorable people in the league. What a little girl.

@scytherius "And this Packer fan (for 50 years) would like to add . . . if you guys (Pack) had been up by 3 TDs we wouldn’t be having this conversation. i find it laughable that a franchise that berates all bout championships & history leaves it up to the final play of a game with replacement officials to bitch bout a loss. be a better team by winning my more than 1 score & u would not have this problem EVER….replacement officials or otherwise!!

-----------------------------------------------
The Packer players & the coaches themselves have acknowledged fact that they didn't play well in that game, particularily the first half. As a matter of fact, Aaron Rodgers said as much on his radio interview Tuesday. That being said, it doesn't take away from the fact that it was a blown call that lost the game for them.

"The heart of the controversy continues to be the difference between control and possession. If one player controls the ball before the other player, there can be no simultaneous catch."

============

and the problem you're having is that you don't know what control means. can a player control a ball with 1 hand? clearly they can. so tate had control of the ball first (which you'd know if you've watched the slo-mo vids) and possession first (because his feet were on the ground before jennings).

this seems be a mental block that you just can't seem to get past despite a mountain of evidence to support that the call was correctlyl made.
