Packers at Colts: The Packers are 23-0 when Aaron Rodgers starts at quarterback and generates a passer rating in excess of 115.0.
Ravens at Chiefs: The Ravens are 25-2 when Joe Flacco generates a passer rating of more than 100.
Browns at Giants: Eli Manning has thrown for 200-plus yards in 23 straight games, the second-longest streak in NFL history.
Eagles at Steelers: Ben Roethlisberger needs 507 passing yards to surpass Terry Bradshaw (27,989) for the franchise record.
Falcons at Redskins: The Falcons are 27-0 when Matt Ryan has a passer rating of 100 or more, including 4-0 this year.

Chargers at Saints: Antonio Gates is 74 yards from passing Ozzie Newsome on the all-time tight end reception yardage record.
Texans at Jets: J.J. Watt is the first player to have at least 1.5 sacks in each of team’s first four games since Kevin Greene in 1998.
