He knew he had to rid Indy of this cancerous letch that waited till just after cashing a very healthy bonus check before informing Irsay that he needed another surgery.
Irsay cleaned house, and wisely.
Man it was painful to watch him yell and wave in his offense after a play had gone bad. He treated them like he most likely got away with treating all the other kids on his high school team.

What really bothers me, is when Brady wins, it is a team sport. They make it sound like Wes threw passes to himself and Tom had nothing to do with it. When Pouty Peyton occasionally wins, it is all because of him and the team that blocked for him and caught passes had nothing to do with it. Peyton always had the hall of fame runners and top pick cast, steady coaching.
