You don’t believe the Colts didn’t tank last year to get the #1 draft pick? Another highlight of the Irsay Colts legacy.
==================================

You got that right. Irsay quickly saw that Archibald Manning had been running the team. He realized they had a garbage backup qb, spineless incompetent coaches and staff. Most importantly, what a self serving non team player pouty Peyton really is. This is why he didn't keep peyton. He knew he had to rid Indy of this cancerous letch that waited till just after cashing a very healthy bonus check before informing Irsay that he needed another surgery.
Irsay cleaned house, and wisely.
Man it was painful to watch him yell and wave in his offense after a play had gone bad. He treated them like he most likely got away with treating all the other kids on his high school team.

What really bothers me, is when Brady wins, it is a team sport. They make it sound like Wes threw passes to himself and Tom had nothing to do with it. When Pouty Peyton occasionally wins, it is all because of him and the team that blocked for him and caught passes had nothing to do with it. Peyton always had the hall of fame runners and top pick cast, steady coaching.
Brady has had to work with average guys that BB coached up to be their best. Once they got good, kraft wouldn't pay em and BB has to start all over. Same with coordinators.

If Tom had played for Indy, he would have 10 rings. Tom is doing it the right way under BB.
For Manning to do well under BB, BB would have had to bicho slap both Peyton and his ol man 12 years ago.

Broncos will get it figured out. ==========================

Yes, they will figure out that the Colts were a great team that made Manning look better than what he is.

That has to be the stupidest thing I have ever read on here. Remember back in 2010 when Manning was the MVP and to no ones surprise, went to the playoffs again. and then 2011 with the same team minus one little factor, Manning, going 2-14? And to say Manning isn't a playoff caliber QB is just retarded. the colts never got Manning a capable defense that forced Manning and crew to put up 35+ points a game. Now either watch a game of football instead of highlights or get off these sites and and go watch glee. Manning #1

This article was about Manning's arm.. and neck. I surmised a couple games ago that he is back to being completely healthy. He was great as always- with no lacking in any of his skills. And I noticed in a side-shot of him on the sidelines that his freakin neck looks HUGE!! It looks 'roided up' by the stem-cell therapy! Maybe I could have that done to my johnson?

Peyton Manning is the MASTER of meaningless touchdowns.

You look at the stats and say 'Manning had a great game, No picks and three TDs'.

But those scores came at a time where the game was hardly in doubt and the Broncos were never truly a threat to win this game.

Denver fans, welcome to my frustration for the last 12 years... and just wait til playoff time.. it'll get EVEN WORSE.

Manning sucks when it matters.. always has.. always will.

Here is the weekly knock on Peyton’s game. This week it is “well he threw for those yards against a soft D” How about we give the guy credit. Does anyone who watched th game truly believe that Brady played better? Numbers dont lie. You cannot give up a first down on a running play on 3rd and 16. Denver’s D looked awful today. Willis killed them today and another drop by DT on a LONG pass from Manning. He completed 70% of his passes threw for 3 TD and once again no INT. He did have the fumble but do you not think he was on Big Bill’s mind all game. They had a chance to punt it and pin denver back but they went for it Brady fumbled and Denver scored. A win in SD nect week puts them at 3-3 with the hardest part of their schedule done. Its a 2 team race in the AFC right now bc OAK and KC are a couple of jokes.
-------------------------------

Peyton played great...as usual. However, this a poor game to use Brady's stats as an illustration of how good Peyton was. The Pats currently have a monster running attack and rushed for 250 yards. The Broncos were eviscerated by that running game today. Question: Do you think that Brady's passing stats were somewhat less dramatic do to the fact that the Pats ramrodded the ball down the Broncos throats and the Broncos were helpless to do anything about it????

Nmrdr795: Its great that you guys set a record beating us down in 2010, it was truly bottom in what was the worst season in Broncos history, since then the Broncos have turned it around, brought in quality football guys, signed and drafted better players and oh yeah got themselves a real QB. Meanwhile the Raiders have been through 2 coaches since then, and look to be at best treading water but more likely sinking, You can blame whoever you want but that organization is still a mess and you hired a Head Coach who wasn't a very good DC and the Broncos players weren't exactly disappointed to see him leave. oh yeah and you still haven't had a winning record since 2002, long live the Gruden Curse!

People keep referring to the 45-10 game from the playoffs last year but whats funny is that you fail to see the obvious.......both are still a tick mark in the loss column. Manning was supposed to be the Savior that saves the Broncos from all their sins. He's in much the same position that Kyle Orton was in exactly a year ago and so are the Broncos. Touche`.....Tebow haters gonna hate.

250 rushing! As a Patriot Fan, just can't tell you how happy this makes me feel! Two weeks in a row is even better.
The Patriot offense played at a tempo that not many teams can keep up with.
Keep playing nickle and dime packages...Tote the rock and control the clock......Always a winning formula!

@ atwater crushes okoye.
For once we feel what the raiders feel.

Lol. For one we beat u the last four years before last week. One was one of the worst beatings in nfl history.
And 2. You think peyton is gonna rescue that sad organization. All bronco fans have 18 jersyes and r coming out of the woods all of a sudden. Raider fans know were re building and its gonna take time. We have had al holding us back but now were gonna progress. So have fun thinking ur top contenders when everyone else knows ur still a mid level team. Ok atwatersnumberisnowfumblingmaghee.

Here is the weekly knock on Peyton's game. This week it is "well he threw for those yards against a soft D" How about we give the guy credit. Does anyone who watched th game truly believe that Brady played better? Numbers dont lie. You cannot give up a first down on a running play on 3rd and 16. Denver's D looked awful today. Willis killed them today and another drop by DT on a LONG pass from Manning. He completed 70% of his passes threw for 3 TD and once again no INT. He did have the fumble but do you not think he was on Big Bill's mind all game. They had a chance to punt it and pin denver back but they went for it Brady fumbled and Denver scored. A win in SD nect week puts them at 3-3 with the hardest part of their schedule done. Its a 2 team race in the AFC right now bc OAK and KC are a couple of jokes.

Spencer says: Oct 7, 2012 8:07 PM

$96 million later, the Broncos still can’t beat the Patriots.
------------------------------
And $72 million later the Patriots lose at home to the Arizona Cardinals. And lose again to the Ravens the next week.
No guarantee the Patriots make the playoffs either .

Jomochefsfan84: the Broncos are 2-3 playing one of the toughest schedules in the league so far, the teams they lost to are a combined 12-2 and all 3 would be considered Super Bowl contenders, and in all 3 games the Broncos were in it in the 4th quarter. Now coming up they get to play "beasts" like the Chefs x 2, the Dolts x 2, the Raiders, the Browns, the Aints, the Bucs, the Panthers, needless to say going 10-6 winning the division and figuring things out to win some games in the playoffs are well within reach.

Now let's compare that to the Chefs, who many Chefs fans were claiming were a "loaded" team going into the season...yeah enjoy battling it out with Oakland for the top pick in the draft.

Maybe the broncos D isn’t a top five unit like everyone said to not give Tebow a ounce of credit.

Exactly. Last years Broncos defense got to play Minnesota without Peterson, Bears without Cutler and Forte, Raiders without McFadden, Chiefs without Charles, and Raiders again when they were starting Palmer for the first time in 18 months.
