He hung onto two guys two long and signed a guy that has hit the wall. Donald Driver, Charles Woodson, and Jeff Saturday cannot compete at the level they need to for us to be a good team. Your number 5 receiver has to contribute on special teams, Driver can’t get open and drops passes…Charles Woodson has lost a step, he can’t cover out of the slot, and is a half a step late on his interceptions….two years ago he would have 5 inteceptions by now, Colston and Wayne toasted him out of the slot. I spent a lot of time watching Saturday and he can’t pass protect one on one anymore, he never gets to the second level in the run game, which is what wells excelled at. The only change on the line this year is Saturday, he was terrible picking up stunts and has a tough time puling to make blocks…..Woodson and Driver are two of my favorite guys, but father time is kind to no one in this league.

Even if he could come back probably too late to save the year. The Pack should go 6-10.

The Packers need to rebuild. I know they are a young team but so are the Texans. The Texans are young with talented people, the Pack are just young.

The Lions played cheap ball for 35 years by drafting people from schools you never heard of, players you never heard of to save a buck.

Ted Thompson is trying to get away with that too due to lack of funds. This team lacks deep pocket owners. The have the worst O line in football and maybe the worst DB’s in football, guys you never heard of – other than Woodson.

They have Brandon Saine, Starks and Green, mostly running backs who were so so in college and passed over by most teams.

This team is not talented and should go 6-10. Hey they had talent and let them go because they didn’t want to pay them.
