Has there been some ridiculous and abysmal calls against the Packers this year? Yes..absolutely. But to maintain a mindset that the refs are "out to get us" is a pathetic excuse and a diversion to the fact that they've been out played and out coached in almost every single game this year.It hasnt been the refs that have been playing on the offensive line looking like matadors waving a red cape as the bull/lineman goes running right past..it hasnt been the refs that have been playing QB and overthrowing almost every ball past 20 yards..it hasnt been the refs playing defense that cant stop the run or anyone on a crossing route if their life depended on it..the refs haven't been on a coaching staff who have not coached a full 60 minutes of football all year or have been embarrasingly lost and without answers all game long.Im thinking the Packers players have been reading too many of their Super Bowl press clippings and making way too many commercials and the other teams in the league would just as soon punch them right in the mouth than watch another State Farm or Old Spice or Fathead commercial.

pillowporkers says: Oct 12, 2012 9:21 AM

Wow. It’s like the Packers don’t even remember the terrible Pass Interfence Charles Woodson had on Reggie Wayne in the endzone that wasn’t called. The Colts ended up settling for a field goal early because of it, when it should have been 1st & goal on the 1.

-----------------------------------------------------------

That call barely mattered. The PI was on first down from the 5, with the Colts still having 2 more chances to score from short range...and at worst they still get a FG. Now if Woodson had knocked Wayne down, and then picked the ball that would have been a huge game impacting call.

Replacement Refs made a call in heat of moment and didn't conference. They made a call and stood by the call. No way in the middle of that play they were saying, "I making this call against packers"

Union Refs return and miss a fumble that wasn't. Ooops! The Packer coach has used all his challenges his challenges and can't throw a flag. Since play isn't a turnover it doesn't get an auto review. Oh yeah, Packer coach wasted a challenge to save 5 yards and prevent a first down earlier.... sounds like an ERROR.

Packers have allowed 21 sacks which ranks 31st in the league.......... -1 in turnover ratio.....
Packers' Jennings out; Finley questionable...... Aaron Rogers 2012 Passer Rating = 96.9 vs 122.5 in 2011 ( probably due to the fact that he is on his back much more this year)

Face it... the year they go to the superbowl was as much due to the "way the ball bounces" as anything. And this year it isn't bouncing their way.

Some of them bragged back then and now those same ones are blamming the refs....... whaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!

I’m in MN because I married a MN gal. I (seriously, no hyperbole) do not want to stay here and hope to leave as soon as our house regains enough value to not sell at a loss. And for the record, I take way more trash than I give at work both for being a Packer fan and being from Wisconsin. It’s not even close.

--------------------------------------------------

That's great! Good for you. But I too hear it from Packer fans here in MN. I get a constant barrage of "How many Super Bowls do the Vikes have?" And that is without initiating any insults towards Packers or their fans. Great, your team won a Super Bowl two seasons ago. How are they this year? And last time I was in Wisonsin golfing (Frederic area) I was berated by the locals for having a Viking headcover. And not good-natured ribbing. They were seriously pissed and tried grabbing it from the cart. Pack fans (many, at least) are far worse than Bears fans. I've been to both Lambeau and Soldier for games. Give me Bears fans anyday.

Oh Geez, more whining from Packer fans. If Wisconsin is so great, why are you living in MN? And I work with a ton of Packer fans here in MN and they are absolutely the WORST! When they win they are arraogant. When they lose they start with excuses but then don’t want to talk. They can dish but certainly can’t take.

Oh joy...someone brings politics into a sports discussion....

There is no study out there (that I am aware of) that can tell you half the people born there move to MN. But, well over half the people I work with (approx. 300) are originally from Wisconsin.
Look at the previous posts: many from WI that live in MN complaining about Vikings fans.

The Packers will beat the Texans on Sunday Night!!! Bad calls or not, this team needs to and will over come the bad calls the last three weeks, and go into there bye week 5-3.
Also as a die hard packer fan, I rather the players not mention the refs and just play the game. There focus should be on the play calling on offense and defense.
By the way, every fan of there team complains every week about the refs. Go to a sports bar, and you'll see that.

Wow. I had to read this twice just to see if I wrote it myself. I couldn’t agree with you more. I too have lived in both states….I was born in Duluth for crying out loud. You will never find a collective group of people with such a superiority complex as you will in Minnesota. They really think they are something special. It’s because they fancy themselves to be more like the mountain gazers of Colorado or the tree-huggers of Seattle than the kissing-cousins of Iowa and the Dakotas. All hat …..no cattle.

I'm confused. Why shouldn't Minnesotans feel superior to Wisconsinites? If Wisconsin is so great, how come half the people born there move to Minnesota?
