The Bills are limping into Sunday’s game with the Cardinals without three offensive linemen and defensive end Mark Anderson, a state of affairs that necessitated a pair of roster moves on Saturday.

Buffalo promoted guard/center David Snow and defensive tackle Jay Ross from the practice squad to give the team a little more depth on both sides of the ball. Snow will try to help the Bills deal with the absences of left tackle Cordy Glenn, right guard Kraig Urbik and center Colin Brown, all of whom have already been ruled out for the matchup with the Cardinals. The team also listed guard Chad Rinehart and center Eric Wood as questionable on Friday, so Snow’s presence should be a welcome one from an insurance standpoint.

Anderson will be out for a “significant time” with a knee injury suffered in San Francisco last week and the team will also be without defensive end Spencer Johnson because of an ankle injury. That left the team with six defensive linemen before Ross was promoted. That number that could drop if defensive tackle Kyle Williams, listed as questionable with an ankle injury, isn’t able to finish the game on Sunday afternoon.

Running back Johnny White and safety Delano Howell were dropped from the roster to make room for the two new arrivals.
